Welcome to Echo! (The Why)

I recently heard someone state, "We don't need one person doing plastic free living perfectly, we need a million people doing it imperfectly." 

I understand the harms of plastic to people and the environment but as a busy parent, I find myself going for the convenient option more often than not. The big box stores have everything I need for the kids but don't carry plastic free options. The eco-friendly goods web sites carry many home goods, but none of the goods and supplies parents need for their children. 

This was my inspiration for ECHO, a one-stop plastic free living website where busy parents can find plastic free options for children.  

As I work to teach my children conscious consumerism and sustainable living, I hope I can support you, one of the million, in taking the steps towards plastic free for your children too.
